Biography
A Managing Director of Dharam Consulting, Harpy has over 15 years’ experience serving as a management consultant and banker in the financial services, commercial, property and building industries. He has implemented best practice techniques on internationally significant projects, through identifying client needs, selecting appropriate frameworks and working with the diverse skills of the project teams.
Harpy is an International business leader. He is a former equity Partner at Davis Langdon LLC, and a former Managing Director at AECOM PLC. He has built and led large teams in the United Kingdom and in the USA,
Harpy’s expertise is in providing program and project consulting, corporate strategy, change management and marketing, value, risk, performance management and partnering studies for a wide variety of sectors including commercial, retail, public, education, transportation and utilities and healthcare.

Harpy is the author of ‘Getting Value for Money from Construction Projects through Design’ written for the National Audit Office (NAO), Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE) and the Office of Government Commerce (OGC). He is a highly sought lecturer in value management and risk at such higher education institutions as the University College London (UCL), Oxford Brookes University and for the Reading MBA.
