This project is a new facility for Columbi University’s School of the Arts. It houses The Miriam and Ira D Wallach Art Gallery; the Katharina Otto-Bernstein Screening Room for film; a flexible performance space for theater, music, dance, and cross-disciplinary productions; and flexible production space for educational purposes. The Lenfest Center is built directly above the Campus Central Energy Plant, a 70,000 SF facility that provides mechanical and plumbing services to the Manhattanville campus.
