David Pearson

Biography

As a Director in our Philadelphia office, David has over 24 years’ experience of cost, procurement and risk management on capital projects ranging from $50,000 to $1.6 billion. His expertise includes a variety of industries, including Healthcare, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, power generation, TV and radio, commercial and aviation. His specialisms include detailed cost estimating at all phases of design , as well as at the Master planning and concept stages, together with  procurement planning, cost planning, bid documentation preparation, bid analysis, post contract cost management including change control management, progress measurement and project reporting at all levels. David has been retained on several occasions by client organizations’ Construction/Facilities departments to assist in high-level project controls and cost management reporting.
