The project is a major 200,000 GSF remodeling of the Frick Museum including new basement Auditorium, offices, replacement of existing skylights, upgrades to existing galleries, whole new MEP systems, and preservation work to the existing façade and windows. The Dharam team has provided budget-setting advice to the client, ongoing estimating work through to the Construction documentation phase, and reconciliation with CM.
