This project is a construction of new home for National Black Theater in New York, NY. The National Black Theater is developing a 20-story mixed use building that includes residential units, an event space, retail and the new home of National Black Theater on floors three through five. National Black Theater’s portion of the development is 24,385 SF which includes a ground floor lobby, event and theater space on= the 3rd and 4th floors, office space on the 5th floor, and back-of-house spaces in the cellar.
