Cost Consultant
Join our Southeast team to lead cost planning and cost management on complex projects for owners and developers across Florida, from early feasibility through to final account.
Apply for this roleWhat you’ll do- Prepare estimates and cost plans from concept through construction documents
- Run cost management on live projects, including change and risk reviews
- Review contractor pricing, pay applications and final accounts
- Advise clients on budgets, value engineering and procurement options
What you’ll bring- Experience in cost consulting, quantity surveying or estimating
- A degree in quantity surveying, construction management, engineering or similar
- MRICS, or working towards it, is an advantage
- Clear written and spoken communication with clients and design teams
Project Analyst
Support the delivery of complex construction and capital programs as part of our PMO team. You’ll help project teams turn information into clear reporting, track progress and follow through on key actions. This is an early-career opportunity for someone with experience in real estate, finance, construction, engineering or data analytics who is interested in building a career in construction project delivery.
Apply for this roleWhat you’ll do- Maintain project plans, trackers, action logs, risk registers and meeting records
- Collect and organize project information across cost, schedule, scope and delivery
- Support reporting cycles, dashboards, presentations and PMO governance processes
- Follow up on actions and help project teams keep priorities moving
- Review data to identify trends, gaps or emerging issues and share clear insights with the team
What you’ll bring- 1–5 years of experience in real estate, finance, construction, engineering, data analytics, project coordination or a related field
- Strong organization, attention to detail and confidence working with information and deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or project management systems is a plus
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with different teams and stakeholders
- Curiosity about construction and capital project delivery, with an interest in developing your experience in the field
