The project
The Alameda Point Housing Study evaluates the feasibility of two parcels within Alameda Point, including an area containing existing historic housing and a second site planned for future residential development. The study assesses the cost of bringing the historic housing units up to current code and condition requirements, while also developing ROM cost scenarios for up to three potential housing options across the approximately 40-acre development parcel. The work is intended to support early planning, budgeting and decision-making around both preservation and future housing delivery.
