The project
The Bruce C. Bolling Municipal Building consolidates approximately 500 Boston Public Schools staff into a single municipal office facility supporting education administration. The project combines three historic buildings into an approximately 215,000 SF mixed-use complex, integrating municipal offices with retail space within a dense urban context.
