The project
The 250,000 SF restoration and renewal of the Ford Foundation headquarters preserved the building’s architectural character while modernizing infrastructure and building systems to current standards. Enhancements improved accessibility, transparency, and collaboration through open workspaces and shared areas, while restoring interior finishes and the central atrium garden to their original design intent.
