The project
The Friends Seminary Redevelopment converts three contiguous townhouses into a new independent K–12, 750-student day school in Manhattan. The project preserves and restores historic façades while delivering a new structure behind them, expanding the campus to approximately 30,800 SF through vertical and infill construction within a constrained urban site.
