The project
The new Aloha Stadium will feature 25,000–30,000 seats and accommodate a variety of rectangular-field sports and entertainment events, with upgraded amenities, diverse seating options, expanded concessions, and improved circulation to enhance the fan experience. Alongside the stadium, NASED will deliver a long-term mixed-use district that adds housing, hotels, office space, retail, commercial uses, and entertainment venues over 20+ years, generating ongoing state revenue to help offset stadium costs. Key project figures include a 98-acre site, 900,000 sq. ft. of Phase 1 development, $350M in state investment, and a three-year construction period.
