The project
The West Tower at Schuylkill Yards is a 28-story, 570,000 SF mixed-use development at 3025 JFK Boulevard in Philadelphia’s University City. The project combines approximately 200,000 SF of office and life science space with 326 residences, ground-floor retail and an expansive indoor-outdoor amenity level. Designed by PAU with HDR, the tower forms a key part of Brandywine Realty Trust’s 14-acre Schuylkill Yards development adjacent to 30th Street Station, creating a new live-work destination connecting University City and Center City.
