This project is a cultural and performance venue at the heart of the Hudson Yard development. Connected at one end to a residential tower and adjacent to the high line. Working with diller scofidio + renfro and the Rockwell Group, Dharam has provided early phase business case capital cost advice, budget setting, negotiations with Related Property, as well as Concept Design to Construction Document cost estimating, ongoing cost and risk support, and value engineering to optimize design and scope.
