The project
The 130,000 SF restoration and expansion of Yale’s historic Commons building transformed the facility into the Schwarzman Center, a hub for student life and cultural programming. Work included underground and upper-level additions, façade restoration, roofing replacement, and full MEP modernization, preserving the building’s architectural heritage while supporting contemporary performance, dining, and gathering spaces.
