The project
This 210,000 SF mixed-use development integrates medical offices, nonprofit and philanthropic workspace, and flexible co-working environments within a single urban facility. The program includes retail and restaurant space, a community event center and food hall, and two levels of fully automated robotic parking supporting 267 vehicles. SHoP Architects.
