The project
This 130,000 SF new construction and renovation project created a multidisciplinary arts facility serving the Virginia Tech campus and broader community. The center includes a 1,300-seat performance hall, visual arts gallery, and spaces dedicated to creative technologies and support functions. Cost management services were provided from concept through design development to support budget alignment and project delivery.
