The project
This 70,000 SF academic facility will create a new interdisciplinary hub for global studies within a mass-timber tower rising 186 feet, the tallest of its kind in the Northeast. The building will house classrooms, faculty offices, research “living rooms,” and event spaces within an all-electric, triple-glazed, fossil-fuel-free design that concentrates its footprint to expand future campus green space.
