The project
This 34-story mixed-use tower fit-out emphasizes openness, flexibility, and social interaction through a column-free exposed structural system that supports adaptable workspace planning. Designed to foster collaboration and connectivity, the interiors are organized around shared environments that encourage informal interaction. Oversized windows maximize light, while material palette of glazed brick and exposed concrete creates a contemporary interpretation of the Brooklyn loft aesthetic. FX Collaborative.
