The project
This project is Phase II of a multi-phase master plan expansion for The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, supporting long-term growth of the hospital’s clinical campus. The approximately 315,500 SF building is part of a brownfield redevelopment program planned over a ten-year horizon and represents a critical component of CHOP’s overall strategic and business planning efforts.
