The project
This 129,140 SF project combined 74,460 SF of new construction with 54,680 SF of renovation to expand research, laboratory, and teaching facilities while strengthening connections between the hospital and academic complex. A new gallery space establishes a central “town square” for the campus, supporting informal gatherings, events, and social interaction.
