The project
Located in Boston’s Seaport District, ISQ Phase 2 is a commercial laboratory core and shell building delivering approximately 290,000 SF of state-of-the-art life science tenant space. The development includes lobby and amenity areas, a landscaped courtyard, and underground parking. The sustainably designed façade incorporates high-performance glazing and passive shading systems to support energy efficiency and optimal laboratory performance.
