The project
This 795,000 SF research facility completes the Novartis headquarters campus and supports advanced biomedical research across multiple disciplines. Intensive laboratory environments required careful coordination of building performance, user needs, and budget objectives, including the use of modular MEP fabrication to enhance flexibility and long-term adaptability within laboratory spaces.
