The project
This project is a jointly occupied academic and clinical facility serving Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and CUNY Hunter College, totaling more than 1 million SF. The building integrates outpatient cancer treatment, research, and academic functions, including bone marrow transplant, infusion and chemotherapy suites, imaging, clinical and pathology laboratories, outpatient practices, classrooms, and shared support spaces within a dense urban context.
