The project
Torrey View is a 500,000 SF state-of-the-art commercial life sciences development on a 10-acre site featuring three research buildings, a tenant clubhouse, and a below-grade parking structure topped by open green spaces, gardens, and native plants. Also offering exceptional amenities, the campus includes a 400-seat conference center, a restaurant, bar, cafe, library, and lounge. Other on-site amenities include a fitness center, yoga studio, spa, juice bar, pickleball court, and gardens, as well as casual work, bike, and surfboard lockers; showers; and media and conference rooms. There is also drought-tolerant landscaping, pedestrian and bicycle pathways, and several outdoor gathering areas. LEED Gold certified.
